GTH respects the privacy of its readers and all its Registered Users. GTH will protect any personal information you disclose during registration or when you use our website, and will not sell or exchange or give away that information to any third party. All material on Garden Travel Hub is copyright protected, including all words, images, sound files and videos. You may not use any material without prior consent of the copyright owner. Each tour company, garden stay or event company or organization that has submitted material for publication on Garden Travel Hub owns the copyright on that material.
Submitting material to GTH
You warrant that you own the rights to any material you submit and that any text, photograph, comments or other material you submit does not infringe the rights or copyright or the privacy of any third party. You may use Creative Commons licensed images to promote your tour, event or stay as long as those images are licensed for commercial use and the source is correctly acknowledged in the photo captioning.
GTH retains the right to edit, delete or reject any comment or material you submit. When you submit material, you grant GTH a non-exclusive world-wide licence to use that material. You may remove any material you have submitted by contacting GTH.
You agree that you will not:
– collect the email addresses or contact details of any site user or company represented in the GTH for sending any unsolicited email
– have more than one User Account
– misrepresent yourself or impersonate any other person
– use the GTH website in any way that might damage or overburden it
– submit any posts, photographs or other material that is offensive, defamatory, abusive or fraudulent or include any link to a website or other online content that is offensive, defamatory, abusive or fraudulent
– submit any posts that infringe the privacy of any user, author or third party
– use the GTH website to submit spam, chain letters and junk mail
Warrantees by garden tour, garden event and garden stays providers
Garden tour, garden event and garden stay providers must warrant that the products and properties they list on GTH are available for purchase or hire as described.
Garden tours, garden events and garden stays listed on GTH are the property of each individual provider. Although GTH has investigated the credentials of each provider, it does not take responsibility for the failure of any provider to provide any tour, event or stay as described. All tour, event and stays products sale contracts are strictly between the provider and the purchaser. All GTH users must check that any provider from which they wish to buy a tour, event ticket or accommodation is appropriately licensed, or an authorised operator within that jurisdiction.
GTH content
Content and opinions on the GTH website are those of a garden tour, garden event or garden stays provider, individual author or registered user or commenter, and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of GTH.
All GTH users must check that any advice, recommendation or comment given by any tour provider, author or registered user (website content) or commenter is suitable for their specific conditions and not contrary to any law in their home country, state or county.
GTH does not take responsibility for any action, inaction or use you make of the content of the GTH website. You must assess and bear all risks associated with the accuracy or usefulness of any recommendations, advice or comments.
Breach of Terms and Conditions of Use
GTH retains the right to terminate your User Account if you have breached these Terms and Conditions of Use.
